Shires Highlander Plus 100 Turnout Rug

• Lightweight warmth for cooler conditions: The Highlander Plus 100g Turnout Rug features 100g polyfill insulation, providing added warmth to take the chill off cooler days and nights while remaining comfortable and breathable for everyday field use.
• Durable ripstop construction with reliable weather protection: Made from strong ShireTex 1200 denier ripstop fabric, the rug offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and enhanced resistance to wear and tear. The ripstop weave helps prevent small tears from spreading, extending the rug's lifespan.
• Waterproof and breathable for all-day comfort: The PFC-free waterproof outer with taped seams delivers protection up to 3000mm waterproofing, while the 3000g/m² breathability rating allows moisture and excess heat to escape. The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish encourages water to bead and run off the surface, helping prevent saturation.
• Freedom of movement with a secure fit: A fully lined interior enhances comfort and coat care, while deep shoulder gussets allow natural movement in the field. Adjustable clip chest straps, cross surcingles, a removable fillet strap, integrated leg strap loops, and a large pleated tail flap ensure a secure and customised fit.
• Practical, versatile, and easy to maintain: Reflective detailing improves visibility during low-light conditions, and the rug is machine washable for convenient cleaning. It is also WarmaRug Compatible, allowing additional warmth to be added with optional 100g or 200g liners as weather conditions change.
