How to make sticky rice: 1. soak the sticky rice in water overnight (or at lest 4-5 hours) 2. After soaking the rice, then transferred it to a cone shaped basket used for steaming. 3. After 15 minutes you can remove the lid, and check to see if the rice is fluffy and not crunchy at all.
