Set of 3 grey cards in credit card format, incl. Carrying strap (size S). This handy set includes three sturdy plastic cards for manual colour matching and measuring the correct exposure. Since each light situation is different, the automatic white balance and the default settings on the camera often produce distorted colours. With these cards in credit card format, the colours in your photos will be significantly more realistic. The cards can be attached to the carabiner hook or to the loop of the lanyard which can be worn around the neck. The grey card helps you to measure the colour temperature for manual white balance in daylight shots. To do this, it is held in front of the subject, to provide a neutral colour for the camera's exposure meter. The DSLR camera can be adjusted to the exact colour values and delivers correctly exposed images without distorted colours. In addition to the direct white balance on a DSLR camera, you can also make a reference recording for later post-processing of digital photos. In low light, such as for example, at dusk, the white card is used for manual white balance. The black card is used together with the white card to determine the contrast of a subject.
