In the dish for broom soaking, mix about 4 litres of hot water with 45-50 ml of extract. You can rub in the mixture with sponge into the wood of the sauna so aroma stays longer. You can spin broom soaked in mixture and wet the wood of the sauna. You can pour part of the extract (mixed with hot water) into a separate dish and then pour the content little by little on heated stones. You can place the heat-resistant dish with the extract (mixed with hot water) on heated stones so that one could constantly feel the pleasant aroma. Rub your body with brooms, soaked in the mixture and lambaste yourselves. You can make regular bath and add the 45-50 ml of extract into the water. You can make a bath for your hands and feet by pouring 45-50 ml of extract into hot water and and keep them immersed in the water for 10-20 minutes.
