The style of weave is an attractive braided design. Please note that since every rug is hand woven with a mix of natural and random materials, they may vary from the photographs shown.
- CHOOSE FROM SIX SIZES - If you are looking to mix and match a little then you will find six sizes to choose from. A small 60 cm; a medium 90 cm and 120 cm; a large 150 cm; and an extra-large 180 cm and 210 cm. See our other listings for square, rectangle and oval versions of the Sundar.
- ETHICALLY SOURCED - Produced by one of our favourite GoodWeave suppliers and part of a closed network of certified producers. Each rug is individually numbered so that you can be sure of its unique handling and its ethical source. Our certification fees help to fund premises inspection and education centres for children and young people.
- ECO-FRIENDLY - Made with recycled fabric offcuts which would otherwise have gone to waste. Energy efficient too - the flat weave style is hand woven on a traditional loom and no machinery is involved.
- CARE OF YOUR RUG - The finished piece is reversible meaning that it can be rolled up when not in use. It can be shaken, or spot cleaned if necessary. If placing on a hard floor with heavy footfall, then you may wish to use rug mesh or similar to hold the rug in place. Take care to avoid colour transfer if the rug becomes damp or in contact with sensitive surfaces.
