SIME TAPES Q - 12 running metre / 50 mm corner tape. SIME TAPES Q is a modern composite product used as a connecting element in interior construction with plasterboard. The base of the tape is a white, flexible, highly bending and crack-resistant film made of a durable plastic as a supporting core, the outer coating consists of a composite of cotton raw materials with an admixture of finishing raw materials that ensure very good adhesion to the plaster compound. The perforation on the edges of the tape allows the joint to penetrate and, together with the absorbent and rough surface, increases adhesion to the surface and the strength of the joint. Instructions for use: - Cut the tape to the appropriate length. - If necessary, bend it along the embossing until the desired angle is reached. - Apply a thin layer of plaster to the intended area and stick the tape over it. - Balance with a spatula to remove excess mass and air bubbles. - Cover with a thin layer of plaster compound and allow to dry. - Sand out bumps with sandpaper, if necessary, Repeat the plaster.
