Stay safe on the water with the Scrabo Quick Release Waist Leash. This is an absolutely essential piece of kit for river paddling due to the higher prevalence of water debris and risk of entanglement. But it is also highly recommended for sea paddling. Your normal paddleboard leash is quickly converted into a quick release safety system by attaching your ankle cuff to the strap at the rear of our waist belt. A high visibility ball is attached to the buckle on the belt, which with one tug will swiftly release you from your board. As well as being a potentially life saving device, the waist leash will also keep the coiled line out of the water and off your board. This will allow advanced manoeuvres such as board walking and step back turns to be performed with greater ease. Please note, this product is designed to work with your existing SUP ankle leash.
