Product description
All schools should keep a record of accidents and incidents. Our A5 2 part (duplicate ) school accident report book has been designed to easily capture all relevant details of accidents and illness at school. As well as key "tick box" categories the form also includes a visual diagram to mark where any injury occurred. Printed on carbonless (NCR) paper, each accident report creates two copies. The first is perforated and easily removed from the book. The bottom copy remains. Key features include: 50 2 part reports. No carbon required (NCR) pages. Part remove from the book, part 2 is retained.
