This Scanpan Pro IQ 20cm frying pan is made from hand cast 100% recycled aluminum that provides excellent heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminum is also considerably lighter than other materials, making this pan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all types of cookers including induction. This frying pan is also oven safe up to 500 F. The Stratanium nonstick coating is PFOA and PFOS free, safe made of metal and provides exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. Scanpan's Stratanium nonstick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying, so you will ever need to add oil or grease for flavors, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. A riveted, brushed stainless steel handle transfers very little heat and is comfortable to hold. Designed and manufactured in Denmark. This 20cm non-stick frying pan is approx. 8.8 cm high and has a base diameter of 14.5 cm. Hand wash recommended.
