The crystal salt unfolds its properties best at pleasantly mild temperatures and in connection with steam, through an evaporator, infusion or in a steam bath. -Salt brine infusion Fill any container with water and place a pair of brine chunks in the water. The brine chunks release the salt and the minerals it contains into the water. Now take the salty water and pour it over your sauna heater as an infusion. The water evaporates and with the evaporation the water releases the salt content into the air in the sauna.
