These handmade, fair trade and eco friendly sari photo albums are made by a small family business in Rajasthan, India. We are a fair trade company and regularly visit our suppliers to ensure the highest standards are met. We quality control all our products to ensure that you only receive the best products. We pay our suppliers 50% upfront and send money to them whenever they need it. We never send anything back or not pay for damaged goods. We use a bonus system for the staff and they can earn up to 5% of our total order value which can give them an extra month’s wages per year. These sari photo albums have 30 pages of khadda paper each interleaved with tissue paper; khadda is recycled cotton that has been left over from the massive garment industry in India. They are handmade and don’t contain any chemicals as we use only unbleached cotton. The paper is made by a charity in rural Rajasthan that promotes women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages. We do not recommend using fountain pen with this type of handmade paper but it is great for water colour painting. The dimensions are of these sari albums are Small 180 x 140 mm. The Small sari photo albums can hold up to 60 6 x 4 photos. Photos can be put in with photo corners that are available in any good photography shop, with spray mount or simple glue. These albums have been expertly crafted with the pages hand stitched in. These sari photo albums are ideal for travelling and perfect for just doodling. Due to the handmade nature of these products colour and designs may slightly vary but loveliness comes as standard.
