Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt is a water-based, high opacity, fine textured finish for exterior masonry surfaces. Has an aggregate reinforced film with an anti-carbonation coating which prevents dirt build up on the surface and a fungicide to prevent mould growth. Provides 15 years of long lasting protection. Can be applied to sound, previously coated render without thinning. On sound bare render, thin the first coat with water to manufacturer's recommendations. On chalky, friable surfaces, apply a stabilising solution as a priming coat, before applying a masonry coating. Application is by brush or roller with coverage up to 7sq/m per litre.
