Then place the dental splint for 3 minutes in the water and then take it out. • Place SanaBrux on the upper arch and press firmly. Hold the dental guard with one hand. With the other one you insert the bite plate into the mouth. Bite firmly and, with the help of your fingers, press against the lips and cheeks – this allows for the optimal dental impression. Leave the dental guard in your mouth for 2 minutes – and that’s it! How do I clean the dental guard? Remove SanaBrux from the mouth and clean with a toothbrush under lukewarm water. Alternatively, Sanabrux can be placed in a glass of lukewarm water for 30-60 minutes with a clorfree, antibacterial cleansing tablet - rinse after cleansing and store in an open place.
