The Samyang 16mm f/2.0 ED AS UMC CS is an ultra-wide-angle bright prime lens designed for digital SLRs and mirrorless compact cameras equipped with APS-C sensors. The lens was designed with utmost attention to detail, with an optical structure based on 13 elements arranged in 11 groups. This includes one ED-type lens of extra low dispersion ratio, one optical-glass aspherical lens and one hybrid aspherical element.
