The Lite Train K is a lightweight, supportive and responsive shoe designed for speed hiking and mountain training. It features a breathable knitted mesh upper that promises improved moisture management. The shoe was developed in collaboration with Michelin® Technical Soles and is aimed at excellent grip and weight savings. The aggressive stud profile of the outsole guarantees optimal traction, so you can move quickly over challenging, rocky terrain – whether during speed hiking, trail running or interval training. The shoe is based on the Michelin® Lite Train sole, which was developed exclusively with Salewa. Its special outdoor compound has a moulded and grooved design inspired by mountain bike tyres and ensures excellent cross-piste traction as well as optimal adaptability on soft and uneven terrain. In addition, the 3F Total System from Salewa provides additional support to the midfoot as it expands the 3F system to the lacing area. This increases stability and makes the fit more precise.
