Product description Sadolin Superdec Satin Opaque Wood Protection Self priming and undercoating 10 years durable protection Flexible finish for exterior wood DESCRIPTION Sadolin Superdec Satin is a water-borne, highly durable opaque finish for wood, weathered plastic, steel, cladding, concrete, masonry and exterior joinery. Sadolin Superdec erodes naturally by weathering, thus ensuring the coating remains flexible and resists cracking, peeling and flaking. Sadolin Superdec Satin can be applied to new and previously painted or stained surfaces, and is ideal for use where a complete change of colour is required or where the existing surface has become weathered and uneven in appearance. On very resinous timber, to minimise extractive discolouration of the coating (particularly with white and pale shades of Superdec) a blocking primer should be used. Ensure the surface is clean and dry. 2. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. 3. Apply by brush in the direction of the wood grain. 4. Allow the first coat to dry (touch dry: 4 - 6 hours, re-coat: 16 hours). 5. Apply the second coat, in the opposite direction to the first, for optimal coverage. 6. Allow the second coat to dry (touch dry: 4 - 6 hours, re-coat: 16 hours). 7. Apply the third coat, in the same direction as the second. 8. Dispose of any remaining product in accordance with local regulations.
