The adjustable cutting depth from 0–2mm, combined with an 82mm planing width, provides the flexibility needed for everything from light finishing passes to removing larger amounts of material. A rebate capacity of up to 12.5mm makes it ideal for creating accurate rebates in doors, frames and other woodworking projects, while three integrated chamfering grooves help guide the tool when creating clean, consistent bevelled edges. Featuring selectable left or right chip ejection, wood shavings can be directed away from the cutting line to suit the working position and help keep the workspace clearer. The included side fence provides additional guidance for precise planing, while the rear-mounted lockable kickstand raises the baseplate away from the workpiece when the tool is put down, helping to protect both the blades and work surface.
