Easily applied by roller or brush, touch dry in 30 minutes and has a low odour. Has excellent adhesion to wood, plaster and previously painted surfaces. When dry, it can be covered with any type of paint or undercoat. Can be applied over asphalt, bitumen, crayon, creosote, graffiti, nicotine, rust soot, tannin and water stains Directions 1. Stir the Stain Blocker before use. 2. Apply the Stain Blocker with a roller or brush on the desired surface. 3. Allow it to dry for 30 minutes. 4. Use as a sealer for stains and a primer for painting on various surfaces such as wood, plaster, previously painted surfaces, ceramic tiles, glass, and melamine, both indoors and outdoors.
