DRYGRES diamond drill bits are recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially those of porcelain stoneware, and other coating materials such as marble and granite. It uses VACUUM BRAZED vacuum welding technology, which increases temperature and friction resistance, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area. DRYGRES drill bits, diameters Ø 6 to 12 mm, are perfect for placing bathroom accessories or any type of decoration accessory on ceramic surfaces. DRYGRES diamond drill bits are dry cut and can be used with M14 thread, directly with a grinder or with electric drill without a striker, by using the drill adapter (ref. 05976). The half-life of DRYGRES drill bits varies according to the diameter, in those of Ø 6 to 12 mm the average life is 25 holes. The average life of the drill bits always depends on the type of material, its thickness and the correct cooling and use. Drilling depth of DRYGRES bits is 36mm. In diameters Ø 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm, DRYGRES contain wax inside. This wax melts during the use of the drill and facilitates cooling and evacuation of the remnants of the drill (If the wax runs out, the drill can continue to work. Only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the life of the bit. ). The maximum use speed for DRYGRES diamond drill bits is between 14000 rpm.
