• Cleaning instructions: immediately after cooking, cool your utensil on a heat-resistant surface. Do not try to cool it by pouring cold water into the hot casserole. If there are dried-on food stains, soak your casseroles in hot water before proceeding. Clean your cookware with mild detergent and warm water. Ideally you should use non-abrasive cleaning products designed for non-stick surfaces. Our cookware is designed to give you maximum performance with minimum effort. Washing your kitchen utensils by hand with warm, soapy water is normally sufficient to clean them. Alternatively, you can clean your cookware in the dishwasher. We recommend that you wash your cookware by hand to ensure longer product life.
• Do not use extreme high heat on your kitchen utensils. Avoid using a hard sponge and sharp metal kitchen utensils such as forks and knives on the inner coating. Don't leave an empty kitchen utensil on a hot burner or in a hot oven after you've finished cooking. Position the silicone handles away from direct heat. Do not leave hot oil unattended in your cookware. Do not store food in your cookware after cooking instead of using another container.
