The border length in the mould is 196 millimetres or 7.7 inches and this can be repeated to create a border to go round a whole celebration cake with ease.
  • The three different widths of border are as follows: Large 10mm wide by 6mm deep, medium 7mm wide by 5mm deep, small 5mm wide by 4mm deep. Use this mould with fondant icing, sugar paste, gum paste or marzipan to make borders for large or small cakes.
