This high-quality round filter protects the front disc from mechanical stress, scratching, dirt and sand. The Gorilla glass from the well-known specialist manufacturer, Corning Inc., from the US Federal State of New York enjoys a legendary reputation by now and is already used for high-quality electronics and photography products. Ions are exchanged on the molecular level by an extremely hot bath in a specially mixed liquid and lend the glass extreme resistance.
