Product Description Rocol Heavy Duty Cold Galvanising Spray can be used to repair the surface of galvanised components that have been damaged or removed due to welding or other mechanical operations. Rocol metal enriched paints have a triple protection formula, which has been developed by Rocol scientists to expliot the chemical properties of zinc and an advanced resin system to shield steel from corrosion. The differences between standard paints and Rocol metal enriched paints are significant. Standard paints create a passive barrier, which when breached will offer no protection against corrosion. Rust will begin to form underneath the pant, quickly removing it from the surface.Meets requirements of ISO1461 Section 6.3. Meets requirements of ISO 3549. Ultra long term protection for ferrous metals - 3500 hours salt spray test. 95% zinc-rich coating - provides sacrificial cathodic protection to ferrous metals. Self-healing mechanism - scratches are re-sealed by the formation of zinc oxide and carbonates. Unique combination of flexibility and hardness - highly resistant to peeling, flaking and abrasion.
