- ROCKET MIXED SEEDS: A great mix of leaf shapes with varying degrees of spice to their flavour. Easy to grow, the leaves can be picked as needed.
- SOW: April to August, HARVEST: May to October, SEEDS: 500 Approx.
- FOR OUTDOOR SOWING: WHEN – April to August. WHERE - In a prepared seed bed. HOW - Sow thinly in rows 25cm apart. Cover with 0.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 7-14 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks. CARE - For baby leaf no thinning is required. For mature plants, when large enough thin to 10cm apart. Do not allow plants to dry out, this prevents them running to seed prematurely.
- HARVEST – May to October. Take a few leaves from each plant, they will regrow for up to 3 or 4 cuts or pick whole mature plants.
