This version of our enamel casseroles with lid has a bulbous shape and the classic enamel handles. The lid sits well on the casserole and acts as an energy monitor: as soon as the lid starts to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the cooker, you can switch off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we highly recommend using potholders to lift the pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can also safely put the pot in the oven to keep it warm. The rim of the casserole has a robust chrome rim. The casserole with lid is available in three sizes, depending on the decor, and is part of the basic equipment of every kitchen. The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cooker (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface.
