The classic shape of our enamel casseroles with lids have a straight shape and the classic enamel handles. The lid sits well on the casserole and acts as an energy guard: as soon as the lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce heat and save electricity. Depending on the stove, approx. 5 minutes before cooking, as enamel retains the heat for a long time. Therefore, we strongly recommend using pot holders to lift the pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain the heat. The advantage of the enamel handles is that you can also confidently slide the pot into the oven to keep warm. The edge of the casserole is finished with a robust chrome rim. The casserole with lid is available in different sizes depending on the colour and decor and belongs to the basic equipment of every kitchen. The material enamel is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
