The lid sits well on the casserole and acts as an energy monitor: once the lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat and save power. Depending on the stove, approx. 5 minutes before cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we strongly recommend using pot holders to lift the pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles is that you can also confidently push the pot into the baking tube to keep warm. The edge of the casserole is finished with a durable chrome rim. The casserole with lid is available in different sizes according to colour and decor and are part of the basic equipment of every kitchen. The material enamel is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. made of natural raw materials.
