The casserole pot in red enamel outside and black inside has the classic straight shape with two enamel handles. The lids of the saucepans sit well on the pot and work as an energy guard: once the pot lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat and save energy. Depending on the stove, approx. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we warmly recommend using pot holders to lift the cooking pots and lids, as the enamel handles retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles is that you can also confidently slide the pot into the oven to keep warm. The rim of the pot is finished with a robust chrome rim.
