Description: Our traditional enamel roasting mould with its typical two carrying handles awakens many the memory of grandma's wonderful coves (Austrian for oven noodles) or the sunny pork roast from the "Bratenreindl" (Austrian term for cookware). This baking mould or roasting mould - depending on the occasion - really has it all. It is a true all-rounder for everything you want to bake, roast or bake in the oven and then serve and cut at the table immediately and can be easily cleaned afterwards. The enamel material is made of iron, which was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly dissipated and then stored, for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. With proper use and proper care, enamelware will last for a long time and retains its typical shine.
