Prep lips by exfoliating and moisturizing. 2. Apply a thin layer of the lip pigment using the doe-foot applicator. 3. Allow the first layer to dry for a few seconds. 4. Apply a second layer for full opacity. 5. Blot lips with a tissue to remove excess product and achieve a matte finish. 6. For a glossy finish, apply a lip gloss over the matte lip pigment.
