Product Description Create natural looking Brow volume and definition. This tinted gel contains Volumizing fibers that adhere to and seamlessly blend with Brow hairs, adding volume while you shape, fill, and set brows. Prepare the area by combing eyebrows. 2. Use a Revlon® angled tip tweezers to remove unwanted hair. 3. Shape your eyebrows with Revlon® scissors and comb. 4. Use a clean brush to curl eyebrows in an upward motion. 5. Use the 2 in 1 Brush & Comb applicator with the microscopic bristles of the applicator on the top of the eyebrows in short upward movements. 6. Using the thin comb of the applicator on the ends of the eyebrows, comb with the formula in the direction of hair growth and following the natural arch of the eyebrows. 7. Sculpting and defining the shape of the eyebrows by moving the applicator from the inner to the outer corner. 8. (If necessary, pat excess dye from skin or fine hair with a makeup remover.) 9. Apply a second layer if necessary to any remaining area that appears empty or thin. 10. Use a clean brush after application to perfect the shape and achieve a natural finish.
