The cooling pads can be used for different needs, like for example after a sports injury, bruising or warm as a heating pad for abdominal pain or pulled muscles. To use properly, please read instructions printed on the packs and be sure to know what to do in case of an emergency. It does not require more than 2 hours to cool a pad in the fridge or freezer and to use as a heat pad, just place in warm water (max. temp. 80°C). Please note: Never use a damaged compression!
