• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This double sided mounting tape (0.76mm thickness) is delivering a permanent bonding two sided adhesive. It provides high strength and long-term durability. It consists of a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. It provides an extraordinarily strong double sided foam tape and offers design flexibility with its viscoelasticity.
• PRETREATMENT GUIDELINES: For maximum bond strength, the surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Ideal tape application is accomplished when temperature is between 70° and 100°F (21° and 38°C) and the bond is allowed to dwell 72 hours. Initial tape application to surfaces at temperatures below 50°F (10°C) is not recommended. Works better with Realth Adhesion Promoter 94 (ASIN：B0BYND5NC9)
• ADVANTAGE: Virtually invisible fastening keeps surfaces smooth. Can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, welds, screws) or liquid adhesives. Eliminate drilling, grinding, refinishing, screwing, welding and associated clean-up. Creates a permanent seal against water, moisture and more.
• APPLICATION: This tapes consists of a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. This provides an extraordinarily strong double sided foam tape that adheres to a broad range of high surface energy (HSE) substrates, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, composites, acrylic, polycarbonate and painted or sealed wood and concrete. REMINDER: WIPE OR SPRAY ADHESIVE-PROMOTER WILL INCREASE THE BONDING BEFORE STICK THE TAPE.
• APLLY IN COLD WEATHER & REMOVE BACKING: Warm up the tape with a heat gun a little before applying in winter for better initial adhension. Apply the tape to objects and let it cure for 24 hours then stick to the walls with hard pressure. Use nail or a knife to cut out the backing film a little bit or pinch and stretch a corner of the adhesive until the backing liner lifts from the tape for easier liner removal of backing. Refer to the instruction.
