Nylon thread ALUCUTLINE. The ratioparts® AluCut line made from the best plastic raw material (nylon copolymers) is enriched with aluminium particles. This work-lightening technology ensures better heat dissipation (prevents most melting threads), increases service life and for abrasive mowing behaviour and high cutting performance in the cut material. The AluCut line is a high-quality product, developed for the highest demands and loads. Areas of application are grass, wild herb and soft deciduous species. Fuel consumption is reduced by about 5 to 10%. Better cutting performance thanks to the speed increase of the thread head. Speed dependent noise reduction of approx. 10-20 dB(A), which corresponds to a reduction of the perceived volume of approx. 50% The special shape of the thread, combined with the copolymer used, prevents fraying and splintering of the thread.
