Improve your performance by using oval chainrings! At the point of the largest power output, the Q ring has the largest diameter, at the upper dead point is the smallest diameter. In addition to biomechanical performance, there was another important factor in developing our Q rings: compatibility. The simplified one-piece design saves around 40 grams compared to standard Q rings + SPIDER + screw combination. The new Direct Mount Q rings allow owners of SRAM GXP offset cranksets to switch directly to Oval. Available in sizes 30, 32 and 34 teeth, standard chainline and OCP3 setting.
