About this item
  • Hanging Storage: The set includes two hanging shoe racks, each featuring 12 individual compartments, making a total of 24 compartments. It neatly accommodates 12 pairs of shoes, allowing you to organise everything from everyday trainers and leather shoes to lightweight slippers and canvas trainers. With everything clearly arranged at a glance, you can say goodbye to cluttered piles of shoes and enjoy a tidier home.
  • High-Quality Materials: Crafted from non-woven fabric, the shoe rack features reinforced edging and fine stitching, making it resistant to fraying and tearing. It offers a substantial, durable feel and excellent dust-proofing, effectively keeping your shoes clean and tidy.
  • Unique Design: Equipped with 360-degree rotatable metal hooks, the hanging angle can be flexibly adjusted to fit spaces of varying widths, such as wardrobes or behind doors; Easy to clean: Simply spray with water and wipe to remove dirt quickly, with no complicated maintenance required; when not in use, it folds away easily, taking up minimal space and making storage convenient.
  • High load-bearing capacity: The overall structure is sturdy with outstanding load-bearing capacity; even when holding six pairs of shoes, it resists deformation and sagging, securely supporting the weight of the shoes. It remains durable even with long-term use, offering peace of mind.
  • Versatile: Suitable for a variety of storage scenarios, it can be hung inside wardrobes to make full use of vertical space without taking up shelf space; it can also be hung behind doors without hindering door movement, effectively saving floor space. Ideal for small flats, rented accommodation, and dormitories where space is limited, it combines practicality with convenience.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
