It can be used alone or as a primer for powder eyeshadows to make them more intense and vibrant. Nickel tested and certified organic by ccpb. Comes in Grey shade. Directions 1. Start by preparing your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer if desired. 2. Use the PuroBio Eyeshadow Pencil directly on the eyelids or as a base for other eyeshadows. 3. Blend the color using a brush or your finger for a more intense look. 4. For a more vibrant effect, layer the pencil over powder eyeshadows. 5.
