Click Here A wood stain that protects timber in more ways than one. Wood Protector can be used like a traditional garden paint but it has the added advantage of waterproofing the timber and lasting many years. The coating offers good resistance to ultra violet rays and the ravages of the weather. This wood stain is very easy to apply and each coat makes the colour stronger and the protection even greater. This top quality garden paint waterproofs, nourishes and protects all types of external timber, providing your garden with all year round colour and protection. The superior formulation of this product allows it to be applied to terracotta pots and masonry (will adhere to any material that is porous) as well. Directions APPLICATION ADVICE: We recommend at least 2 coats on our Outdoor Play Equipment. A second coat will not only deepen the colour but also lengthen the lifespan of the coating. It can be applied by brush, HVLP (high volume low pressure) sprayer or roller. After preparing the timber for painting this stain, a first coat will add a wash of colour and soak into the timber. Subsequent coats will darken the colour and add to the waterproofing. If you don't want to make the colour stronger use Wood Protector Clear Tough Coat to add further protection but not colour.
