Tips to make the loop & string the Sitar: Turn one end of the string into a loop. Twist the short end 4 to 5 times around the string to form a loop. By turning the short end of the sitar string you will be able to make the loop tight and loose as required to put it over the string post at the end of the Sitar. Put it over the string post and tighten it. Put the other end of the sitar string on to the peg.
