This Jig will produce stunning sloping drainage grooves into any wooden or composite work surface. It is machined from Solid Compact Laminate which will last a lifetime in everyday professional use. Unlike any other jig of it's kind this drainer jig is fully supported by wooden wedges either side of each groove. The wedges prevent damage to the worktop & provide the slope required for water run off, they also ensure that each groove you machine is is identical & perfectly even without any dips. The wedges are removable to facilitate machining of Hotrod grooves. It's so simple to use, just line it up on the worktop, clamp it & off you go. Additional equipment required to successfully use this jig. 1) A ½” hand router fitted with a 30mm template guide. 2) A TCT ball nosed router bit diameter 10mm - 25mm to suit users choice. 3) Two padded G-clamps.
