Ensure you then top-up your system by applying 5 squirts of Arm-Pump again to the relevant area, 30-40 minutes before each race. Once applied to the skin and massaged in, the oil easily absorbs through the skin into the muscles and bloodstream. The benefits are noticeable approximately 30 minutes following application.
