  • MICRO USB PORT FOR ADDITIONAL POWER SUPPLY - An external power supply must normally be connected to ensure proper functionality - Micro USB power cable is included
  • Support for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Android - macOS does not support multi-stream transport (MST), so Extended mode is not available, only Mirror and Duplicate - Apple devices themselves activate the MST feature but must be run with an operating system other than macOS
  • Note Please add the additional power supply and make sure that the device supports MST. The product must be connected to devices whose specifications meet the requirements and must be supplied with an external power supply.
  • Note If the laptop does not have DP1.2 or higher, the adapter will not work. This is the most common cause
