Nutrients: Vitamins A, B C, E & K, with Calcium, Magnesium, Iron & Zinc 1. Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium, which is 3-4cm deep. 2. Lightly mist the seeds with water. 3. Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray 4. Cover with another tray on top to stop light getting in. 5. Leave the seeds undisturbed for 2 days. After this, gently mist when the soil is dry. 6. Once the seeds are 1-2cm, they should be ready to be placed in a well-lit location. 7. When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray. 8. Harvest between day 18-21 or when the seedlings are 5-6cm tall, with the first true leaves. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.
