These cutters have a comfort grip handles and razor sharp, precise hardened carbon steel jaws. The cutters have sprung handles & a jaw angle opening adjuster (which sets the maximum opening jaw gap with the handles released - ideal for repetitive cutting work). The manafacturer refer to these as micro nippers, but at 128mm long, they are only marginally smaller than most pcb side cutters (please refer to the drawing in the picture gallery for overall dimensions)
