These individually hand painted and true to life figurines capture life in America prior to European colonization. Hunt deer with the braves, tan the hides you recover, gather around the fire at night, and experience what it’s like to live off the land. 1.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 12.8 inches tall, this Toob is a touch larger than the size of a standard American ruler and contains 12 Powhatan Indian themed figurines that range from 1.25 to 3.75 inches tall. Known for their use of natural resources, these Native Americans are dressed the in tan and brown hides from the various animals they’ve hunted. The Powhatans were a collection of Native Americans who lived in what is now eastern Virginia. They were some of the first Native Americans encountered by colonists and were written about extensively by English explorer Captain John Smith. The most famous Powhatan is undoubtedly Pocahontas.
