About this item

- Adjustable Pilates bar: The Pilates bar has a three-piece, connectable design that can be selected as needed. It is recommended that first users choose pull up bar with two sections.
- Full body workouts: Our resistance bands set trains all muscle groups of the body from shoulders, arms, back, buttocks to legs when used in combination. The resilience band alone can be used as an aid for lifting movements such as pull-ups. The Pilates bar alone can be used exclusively for training the back muscles.
- Ideal choice for fitness equipment for the home: the resistance band bar kit can help you instead of barbells during squat training, it can also help you instead of dumbbell bar during flatlift training. An integral part of your home gym.
- Portable and easy to install: the pull up bar can be divided into 3 sections, stacked and carried, the length of a single section is up to 36 cm. When installing, always keep the side of the hanger ring outside and then tighten the connection in the middle.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
