Product Description The Polder Programmable Digital In-Oven Thermometer is a simple and streamlined electronic thermometer that is ready to use, right out of the box. Preset with USDA recommended temperatures, you can simply select the food type you are cooking to set the correct target temperature. The easy-to read digital display shows the food type, target temperature and current internal temperature for thorough monitoring. One open setting allows the thermometer to be programmed to user preference. To use the thermometer, simply insert Polder’s patented heat-safe Ultra Probe into the item being cooked. A 1-meter-long silicone cord allows the probe to stay within the oven while the digital readout display is either attached to the outside of the oven using the included magnet or stands on the countertop for easy reading. The thermometer includes 4 types of alerts to assist in the cooking process; pre-alert, alert, 3-minute rest and overcook.
