You can use these pens on any material such as sugar paste, fondant, gum paste, marzipan and so much more. These pens are also refillable and come with a pot of edible ink to refill the pen. Simply stand the pen in the pot, with the lid off for three hours, wipe the pen dry and you're good to go.
