Piranha Hi-Tech Bullet HSS-CNC is for utmost precision and control drilling into soft steel, sheet steel and non-ferrous metals, but can also be used for drilling into plastics, woods and plasterboard. The patented tip design ensure it drills on contact with no walking, ideal for drilling pipes. Precision manufactured from High Speed Steel (HSS), to DIN 338 standard by a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) process. The tip is accurately formed to a 135 degree angle for demanding and specialist applications. The Piranha Hi-Tech bullet metal drill bit produces 40 per cent more holes per battery charge when used with cordless power tools. This results in an increased battery life. The outside cutting edge of the drill bit creates a rounder hole with no burring.
