About this item
- Perennial Savory ‘Bolero’ is a beautiful, aromatically scented ornamental plant. It can be used as a kitchen spice for bean, meat, poultry or fish dishes. Its pretty flowers attract many bees and butterflies into the garden from July to autumn.
- The growth form of the winter bean herb is bushy and rather flat up to 40cm (16in) tall, it is semi-evergreen, so keeps its leaves in mild winters, which means they can be picked all year round.
- Herbaceous-Perennial
- Grow in pots or beds in well-drained, preferably alkaline soil. Fertilise when planting and as needed afterwards. Prune old flowered stems in spring.
